Appointments

All consultations are by appointment only.

If you need to see a doctor on the same day, please telephone the surgery at 8.00am to be offered an appointment or a telephone consultation with a GP.

The receptionists may ask what your problem is so that they can allocate the most appropriate type and length of appointment for you. All staff are trained in confidentiality procedures.

Afternoon appointments can be prebooked well ahead of time.

 The practice is closed from 1.00pm to 2.00pm each day.

If you are unable to keep your appointment with any of the doctors or nurses, or no longer require to be seen, please contact the surgery as soon as possible to enable your appointment to be given to someone who needs it.

If you wish to see the Doctor please ring Whitchurch Surgery to have your medical notes sent down.

Quainton Village Hall

Wednesday and Friday 2.30 pm

Home Visits

If you need a visit from the doctor please try to make your request before 10.30am.

Please give the receptionist some indication of the nature of the problem as this helps the doctors to plan their rounds.
